Booking Conditions
Please read carefully the following conditions before you sign and make the booking. The payment of the deposit will establish the contract to all booking conditions set out below.
The Company - "Kairos Link" or "We" in the context of these terms and conditions means Kairos Link Pty Ltd (ABN 31 633 348 204). We work with a prestigious Israeli travel agency to provide quality services.
Tour Bookings and Payments - The bookings can be made by email or preferably on our website and must be accompanied by a completed Booking Form, a signed Booking Conditions and copy of the passport(s). A non-refundable deposit is also required with the booking together. Tour booking prices are in US dollars and/or Euros (refer itinerary and pricing for details). Full payments are required 60 days before departure date. The deposit and remaining payment can be paid by Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) to Kairos Link's USD and/or EURO Account. We reserve the right to re-issue invoices in case there is any error to be rectified.
Air Ticket Bookings and Payments - Kairos Link works with Aus World Travel to arrange the group air ticket bookings and provide competitive pricing to customers. Air ticket pricings are in Australian dollars and not included in the tour pricing. This is a complimentary service from Kairos Link to give customers the convenience. If customers choose to use this group air ticket booking service, you will need to enter a separate contract with Aus World Travel. (Credit card surcharges apply. Fees apply for any changes made after ticket issued.) Customers can choose to arrange the tickets themselves, however due to the complexity of the group ticketing, tickets must be booked at least 150 days before the departure date. All members of the same group should travel on the same day to match the itinerary schedule.
Amendments to Confirmed Bookings - To provide the value for money and convenience to the customers, Kairos Link does not charge any fees for amendments. We can not guarantee the amendments are acceptable by the suppliers within 60 days before departure. And customers will need to pay any resulting costs charged by the suppliers.
Unforeseeable events - If the force majeure events happen before the departure date, the deposit or full tour payment will be refunded. If after the departure date, Kairos Link will work closely with the local travel agency to recover unspent fund. However, the visa application fees paid to the government(s) are not refundable. The local travel agency will try their best to respond to the situations to adjust the travel plan. Customers are responsible for any extra costs incurred resulting from the force majeure events.
Passport and Visa - The expiry date of all passports must be at least six months after the date of return. We can advise the visa requirements, but it is the customers' responsibility to obtain valid travel documentation to enter the visiting countries and re-enter Australia. Customers are responsible for any cancellation and accident resulting from the invalid travel documentation.
Room Types and Food - We provide two room types - double and single. The pricing is based on double room. If you request the single room, the single room supplement will be charged. Young kids can share the same room with their parents. (Holy Land - kids under two year old are free of charge, kids from two to twelve year old pay 75 % of the standard price; Turkey - kids under six year old are free of charge, kids from six to twelve year old pay 50 % of the standard price; Greece - kids under five year old are free of charge, kids from five year old are treated as adult.) The last single person who can not find a match will need to stay in the single room and pay single room supplement. Please specify any special requirements and allergies of the food in the Booking Form. We will try our best to accommodate but are not able to guarantee your requests will be met.
Young Travellers - People aged below 18 are to be accompanied by their parents or authorised guardians at all time during the tour.
Tour Price, Tips and Other Fees - Please refer to the detailed itinerary and pricings for details of the included items and services, tipping rules and other fees which are not included in the tour price.
Complaints - Kairos Link has agreement with the Israeli travel agency that they will try their best to resolve the complaints at the scene. Please raise your concerns directly with the tour guide as soon as possible. If you really not able to do so, please contact us as soon as you can and we will try our best to help. The local travel agency will not accept any complaints after the tour.
Travel Insurance and Public Liabilities - As a condition of the booking, please purchase appropriate travel insurance. Kairos Link is not responsible for any losses on your properties and any physical injuries or death of you.
Health - Customers with pre-existing health conditions or disabilities must declare such conditions at the time of booking. Customers must take measures for treatment during the tour and take consideration of your own physical capability when take part in the activities. Kairos Link is not liable for the result of medical clearance submitted to the insurance, airlines or suppliers by customers.
Privacy Policies - Kairos Link only uses your personal information for the tour and air-ticket booking or when it is required by law. However we are not responsible for your privacy when we do not have direct control of your private information.
